A real fulfilment condition
The B031 and K250 pages include explicit substitution disclaimers. These are not minor image notes: the seller may supply an alternative brand described as equivalent in specifications. The guide reports the condition without verifying that a future substitute will have equal performance.
Set the essential requirements
Decide which requirements are essential before payment. A general reserve may only need a verified category and count, while a contracted workplace may require a specific code, certification or holder fit. Those are different purchase instructions and should not be silently collapsed into the word “equivalent”.
Ask before transferring a product sheet
For an exact-code requirement, ask the merchant whether substitution can be refused and what happens if the named product is unavailable. Keep the reply with the order. If an alternative is proposed, compare its own count, dimensions, fibre claims and price instead of transferring the original product sheet.
Check the received code
At receipt, check carton and inner-unit codes before removing all packaging. Record a discrepancy promptly through the merchant’s actual process; this site has not verified a return outcome.
