Choose one product and one unit
Choose the product and one unit before entering a target. B031 contributes48 rolls or20,160 sheets per case; F950 contributes30 boxes or3,000 tissues; K250 contributes12 rolls or3,000 sheets. The target is yours, not a recommended household consumption level.
A49-roll worked example
Suppose you choose49 B031 rolls as a reserve and already hold one matching roll. The missing48 rolls require one case. With no starting stock, the same49-roll target requires two cases and leaves96 rolls. The surplus comes from the commercial case size, not from a reason to increase your chosen consumption.
How the bounded rounding works
The tool subtracts the already-held amount, clamps a negative shortfall to zero and rounds the remainder upward to whole cases. It accepts non-negative integers up to1,000,000 for both fields. Fractions, negative numbers, exponents and unknown units are rejected rather than silently rounded.
Count matching complete stock
Keep already-held stock on the same product basis. Do not subtract facial-tissue boxes from kitchen rolls, and do not count a partly used roll as a verified full roll. Availability and storage space still need checking; the result is an order quantity calculation, not an automated purchase or a days-of-use forecast.
